• Website mentions that delivery only on Saturdays. What does that mean?
    Our shop will be closed on Saturdays but our drivers will come and go to deliver all the orders for Saturdays.
    Because of this reason, we have very limited customer services on Saturdays. If there are problems with the order or delivery, we will contact you.
    Also, same-day delivery cutoff for Saturday is 7am.

  • It's closing time but my order is not delivered?
    Our regular delivery hours are between 9am - 5pm on weekdays and 10am - 3pm on Saturdays but our drivers attempt to deliver beyond these times.
    If your order is not delivered by our closing time, most likely there's just been a delay. It should be delivered very soon.
    If your order is not delivered, and no one's been contacted by us, please check around the delivery address, neighbors, front office, etc.
    Still cannot find your order? Do leave us email from our contact us page and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.

  • What happens if no one is at home/work to receive my order?
    No worries. If driver feels that it is safe to leave the arrangement at the delivery address, they will leave it somewhere safe(under the shade, back lawn, neighbors, front desk, etc). We'll also leave a notice to sender or recipient so that delivered items are not just left and forgotten.
    If our drivers feels that it is not safe to leave the arrangement at the delivery address, they will bring back and we'll hold your order in the shop until we are able to get in contact with someone.
    Order will be canceled for partial refund if we cannot get in touch with anyone within few days.

  • Is my arrangement going to look same as the picture online?
    Yes, and no. We'll always try to make it look similar as possible from what you see online but it will not look precisely the same as the picture.
    Overall style and feel will be always the same but there may be minor substitution depending on availability, seasons, etc.
    If major substitution needs to be made on your order, we'll contact you and ask if it is okay to do so.
    If we have to make major changes but was unable to reach you, we'll prioritize on delivering it on requested day.

  • Flowers/plants withered too fast? | Not looking so good? | Not what I ordered?
    We try our best to using fresh flowers for our works, but sometimes bad flowers gets mixed in, or we simply just mess up.
    Please take the picture of the flowers/plants then contact us ASAP. we'll replace your order with same item or another item up to same value.
    We must be notified within 3 days of the delivery/pick up date and when approved for replacement, there will be no delivery fee for re-delivery.

  • I need to change something on my order. Is this possible?
    Yes, please contact us ASAP, if something needs to be changed on your order.
    As long as your order is not out for delivery or picked up, we shouldn't have problem updating your order.
    If delivery time needs to be changed, we'll do our best to fulfill your new delivery time, but depending on the day, we may not be able to fulfill your request.

  • Can I cancel my order?
    As long as your order did not go out for delivery, or haven't been picked up, you can cancel your order any time and receive full refund.
    If your order did go out for delivery, or was picked up, we could cancel your order but we can only provide partial refund at best.
    Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel your order.

  • What is your cutoff time for same-day delivery?
    Our same-day delivery cutoff time is 2pm on weekdays.
    Same-day delivery cutoff on Saturday is 7am."
    Cutoff time may be extended or shortened on special days like Valentine's Day.

  • Can I place order for same-day delivery after cutoff time?
    You can still request same-day delivery but we may or may not be able to do it if order is placed, or we were contacted after cutoff time.
